LEGAL DATABASES

The two major legal databases available at APUS Trefry Library:

  • Nexis Uni:   Full text access to federal and state cases, laws, and regulations, law review and journal articles, newspaper articles, business and financial information, company directories, and the Shepard's case law citator service.   For an Introduction of where to access and how to use Nexis Uni see the Library Tutorial: Introduction to Nexis Uni
  • Fastcase:  A comprehensive, searchable legal database that provides access to statutes, cases, regulations, constitutions, and court rules from the federal government and all 50 states.  View vendor tutorial.
