APUS librarians are available every day (including weekends and holidays) - until 10:00 PM Eastern time (US) most nights! - to assist you with your research. Helping students, alumni, faculty and staff is the best part of our jobs, so please don't hesitate to reach out. See our regular and holiday schedules below.

- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Research Consultations (screen sharing)
Available weekdays, with some exceptions (see below).
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
On university-wide holidays, librarians will be available by email only, but you can still rely on timely assistance.

Additionally, research consultations (screen-sharing sessions) will be paused around major fall and winter holidays, to allow our team members time to recharge and spend quality time with family. Librarians will still be available by email (every day) and/or live chat (every day except the holidays listed above).
