Are you seeing dancing diamonds?
When Primo is processing, it presents what looks like dancing diamonds. If the diamonds scroll indefinitely, without loading results, try clearing your browser cache. Be sure to close your browser completely and try the search again.
.Are you using Google Chrome?
There is a known glitch for some users using the Google Chrome browser: When using the library's "everything" search box, make sure to click the "Search" button to return search results. Do NOT use the "enter" key on your computer, as it may open an empty or blank "untitled" browser tab.
