The number of days it takes to fill an ILL request depends on a number of variables, such as whether it is an article request or a book chapter, what format it's in (print or electronic), how common the resource is, and how fast lending libraries respond to our request.

   Article Requests
Turnaround Time 24 hours - 2 weeks or more
Delivery Sent electronically to the email address provided
Request Limits Will fill multiple requests within reason
Renewal No renewal necessary
Return Articles are yours to keep, nothing to return
Fees Most articles can be obtained for free, any lending fees will be discussed prior to processing the request
Restrictions Copyright restrictions limit the number of articles that can be borrowed from a single journal
