The number of days it takes to fill an ILL request depends on a number of variables, such as whether it is a book or article request, how readily available the resource is, and how fast lending libraries respond to our request.

Turnaround Time 24 hours - 2 weeks or more 4 days - 3 weeks or more
Delivery Sent electronically to the email address provided Shipped via UPS free of charge
Request Limits Will fill multiple requests within reason Request up to four books at a time
Renewal No renewal necessary

Renewals may be requested but are subject to the approval of the lending library
*Please request renewals at least three days before a due date

Return Articles are yours to keep, nothing to return Return shipping, including the cost, is the responsibility of the requester
Fees Most articles can be obtained for free, any lending fees will be discussed prior to processing the request
