While some databases search a wide range of topics, others are narrower in scope.  These subject discipline databases are perfect when you're looking for a very specific topic.

To find these specialized databases follow these steps:

1. Access the library website from the link in your classroom.

2. Click the Databases: By Subject link beneath the big Everything search box (in the center of the library homepage)

3.You will see links to various subjects (these are based on the academic schools at the university).

4.Click the one that best fits your research topic or the course you are taking.   The databases in that list will be the best bets for your research.
