You can find theses and dissertations from some universities via Summon, so it's a good place to start.

1.  Find the Summon search box on the library's website (click here for a screenshot).

2.  Type your keywords into the search box and click "Search"

3.  On the results page, look on the left side of the screen and click "Full Text Online."

4.  Now look on the left side of the screen for "CONTENT TYPE."  If Dissertation/Thesis isn't listed as an option there, then click "More..."   New options will load.

5.  Click Dissertation/Thesis in the content options.  The results page will reload, displaying only theses and dissertations.

If you don't find the thesis or dissertation that you need in Summon, see:

If all else fails, let us know the citation of the thesis or dissertation that you need, and we will see if we can find it (or perhaps articles or books by the author on the same topic).  Or, we will be happy to help you locate alternative titles.
