Q. I'm having problems accessing a report from the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC).

If you encounter an error when accessing a report from dtic.mil, please try these steps:

1.  Click to https://discover.dtic.mil/

2.  In the search box at the top of the page, enter the report title or number and click "search"

3. If the report you need is in the results list, you should be able to access the full text from that link.
