Turabian Style (a.k.a., A Manual for Writers of Research Papers, Theses, and Dissertations) includes very little information on the citing of images. The information that is included directly mirrors that of its “parent guide” the Chicago Manual of Style. See the University of Chicago Press post on their CMOS Shop Talk blog: How do I cite an image?
Writing@APUS provides an abbreviated version of the Turabian guide.
First, hover over the RESOURCES & SERVICES menu on the library's website. Look beneath WRITING and click the Turabian Style link.
