APUS Bookstore shopping carts that have not been validated prior to or during the the first week of class are manually validated by the university to prevent further delay.  Please remember to validate your course materials!

**NOTE** This is only an interim solution.  We understand that this is still a new process for some students.  Going forward, please be sure to validate your cart as soon as it is ready to ensure that you get the format you prefer (if you want to buy the hard copy book instead of using the e-book, when available) and also so that you can get immediate access to your VitalSource e-books and leave plenty of time for shipping for any hard copy books ordered.

Once your cart has been validated, VitalSource e-books are sent to your VitalSource bookshelf and any hard copy books are shipped. You will receive an email from the APUS Bookstore with VitalSource login information and/or shipping information for any hard copy books ordered. If you created your own VitalSource account or did not receive your shipping information or your login credentials, please contact the APUS Bookstore at APUS_Customer_Service@edmap.com.  If your required materials are available in the classroom, online, or in the APUS library, no further action is needed.

How to access online ebook(s):

1.  Visit https://online.vitalsource.com/#/books. How to access downloadable ebook(s):

1. Download and install VitalSource Bookshelf. This free software is available at https://vitalsource.com/software/bookshelf/edmap-downloads/

2.  Open the bookshelf application on your computer and enter the email and password for your VitalSource account. (If this is your first purchase of a VitalSource eBook, the APUS Bookstore sent you these credentials in a separate email message with the subject line of "Your VitalSource Account.")

3.  Your ebooks will begin downloading immediately.
