The "material online" note on the textbook spreadsheet simply means that your instructor has chosen online course materials (aka assigned readings) for your class.  These might be authoritative websites, open access ebooks or articles or other open educational resources (like lectures, videos or reports). 

In this case, look for links to your required readings:

  • inside your classroom (check the syllabus, lessons and course materials links)
  • the library's e-reserves
