See this FAQ for troubleshooting tips: The e-book that I'm trying to use says that it is "in use". What does that mean?

Be sure to check for additional links for the title as we often have copies of the same title from multiple vendors (ex. EBSCO & eBook Central). If this is a required textbook for an undergraduate course and no additional copies available, please contact the electronic course materials team at  We may be able to purchase additional copies of the book.

Note:   graduate students are responsible for obtaining course materials. The APUS library may have added a courtesy copy as part of course reserves, but you'll need to wait in line for free access.
