No. Do not mark these tasks; the corresponding teams will.

  • There are exceptions:

    • If the PD completed the task in lieu of that team (Ex: If the PD set the course up in Intellus rather than ECM), then the PD may mark the task complete, but they need to leave a note indicating that they did so

    • We’ve also run into a few scenarios in which one of these teams completed their task, but were unable to immediately update WZ. This should be limited going forward, but if you do see this occur, please leave a note next to that task indicating “X task was completed by Y team on Z date”, but please do not update the task for them. The more we can communicate the better! Use the notes sections!
