We have had reports that ebooks at Project Gutenberg (https://www.gutenberg.org/) are returning "Error 403" and will not display.  

If your class is using a Gutenberg ebook as a required reading, please try the "Browser Settings" and "Security" steps at https://www.apus.edu/apus-library/technical-help/.   If these steps do not help, please contact the electronic course materials staff at ecm@apus.edu for assistance.
