The University Declarations statements include:

  • University Publication Licensure:  This states that you grant the university a nonexclusive license to publish the submission on its website and/or in the APUS Library.
  • Copyright Warrant:  This states that you assume all responsibility for meeting the copyright requirements established by U.S. copyright law.

You are responsible for including these statements in your thesis document.  The required wording for these statements, where they are to be located in the capstone thesis document, and how the page is to be formatted is provided in APPENDIX 5 of the End of Program Assessment Manual for Graduate Studies (aka the EOP Manual).

Library Registration (i.e., thesis submission) is done by your program director. For more information on this, see What happens after my Master's thesis/capstone paper has been submitted to the library?
