If you followed the instructions to set up your Tutor.com account, you should find your password in an email sent to your mycampus email.  Instructions for accessing your mycampus email are here

If the password is not there, please contact Tutor.com at studentsupport@tutor.com or (800) 411-1970 (option 3).
