If you cannot remember your campus login, click the "Forgot ID" or "Forgot Password" link below the sign in button (see screenshot below). Once you submit the form, your ID or password will be emailed to the address in your student records.
- If you are no longer using the email address in your student record, contact email@example.com for assistance.
- If you have problems recovering your student id or password, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. The library cannot reset or recover your student password.
Note: Sakai's password updates and synchronizes with the Student Portal each night. The process completes, and any password changes resynched should be operational by 5-6am ET. After an account password change, access for the https://edge.apus.edu portal will not update until the following morning. The classroom can still be accessed from inside the Student Portal using the Enter Classroom buttons in the My Current Courses area.
