For some class assignments you may need to access materials on the Thinkwell website. During the first week of class students will receive an email from Thinkwell with instructions to direct them to Thinkwell's website, where they can set or reset their own password.  This email will be sent to students mycampus email accounts (not personal accounts, ex. Gmail).

Regarding registration, be sure to select West Virginia as the location of the American Public/Military University.

Should you  experience any  technical difficulties on the Thinkwell website or have not received your notification email,  please call Thinkwell technical support at 1-888-416-8880, option 3, or email Thinkwell at techsupport@thinkwell.com
